WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US


As Head of Plant IT Services you will be part of our One.IT Leadteam and responsible for building up a new team of up to 10 people to own a crucial part of our IT infrastructure at our production sites all over Europe.

You will have a vital role in ensuring the seamless integration and optimization of technology to enhance our operational efficiency.

Here's what you can expect in detail:

Short & Mid Term:

  • Define and streamline support processes in the Plant IT area across all plant sites of the Eckes-Granini Group
  • Define Global Standards for Plant IT System Landscape and Architecture
  • Build up a multinational team over time with up to 10 team members in 7 locations across Europe
  • Start driving system harmonization and standardization according to defined standards in close collaboration with our Process Manager Organization
  • Define and manage dedicated projects in the area of Plant IT
  • Integration of Information Security Standards and Concepts into the Plant IT setup and IoT landscape (Support IoT related NIS2 requirements)
  • Close collaboration with other One.IT functions

Long Term:

  • Lead and manage all Plant IT related service processes under ONE.IT
    Leadership for resources allocated to Plant IT areas / topics across all plant sites of the Eckes-Granini Group

REQUIREMENTS


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR


  • Academic degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields
    of experience
  • A minimum of 5 – 10 years of relevant working experience in a comparable position
  • Seniority to discuss on C-Level
  • Extensive plant process know how (preferably through leading a Plant-IT function) and a background in OT technology in a production environment
  • Expertise in IT infrastructure and architecture preferably also in defining and roll out of Infrastructure projects
  • Excellent Project Management skills and practical experience (PMI, Prince 2 Certifications as a plus)
  • Hands on mentality and a driver of topics
  • Strong people management skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment in international context
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both German and English other European languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel across our European plant sites
