YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and own global SAP Service Management and SAP Operations
- Service scope includes SAP ECC, SAP PI, SAP BW, SAP BO, SAP Solution Manager and related 3rd party solutions (~15 small, medium and large solutions)
- Team lead of the Global SAP Competence Team both from a functional and people management point of view
- Manage partners on a strategic as well as operational level
- Fully accountable for Budget and Forecast of SAP Services
- Develop a SAP Strategy (e.g. HANA Roadmap) and consult on Architecture
- Contribute to global IT service improvements, harmonization and standardization (beyond SAP)
- Drive alignment across different stakeholders and hierarchy levels, internally as well as externally
- Own and manage defined projects

YOUR COMPETENCIES:
- University degree in information technology (or related fields)
- 10 + years of experience in SAP (technical depth and solid functional overview)
- Experience in Service and Operations Management (ITIL certification as a benefit)
- Experience in Strategic Partner Management
- Working in and leading diverse teams in an international and remote environment
- Experience of working in matrix organizations
- Convincing social and communication skills
- Fluent in English (verbal/written communications)
