In this function you will support and inspire commercial organizations, leading business practices, driving profitable growth together with our customers.

  Main tasks
  • Category responsibility:
    Turn category data and insights into an actionable category story to support profitable growth
    Deploy learning and category story within countries
    Support countries in their deployment to customers
    Identify best validation methodologies and support countries
    Share best practices within the group
  • e-commerce:
    Lead the development on the e-commerce approach for Eckes-Granini in collaboration with leading countries
  • Revenue Growth Management:
    Support countries leveraging insights, processes and learnings from the Revenue Growth Management discipline
  • Other support activities:
    Coordination support for IKAM process
    Inspiring and supporting Trade Marketing / Category Management communities with best in class tools and processes
    Contact point for Digital Transformation (Sales & Customers)


  • University degree in business/marketing
  • 5-7 years working experience in KAM/Customer/Business Development roles
  • Proven experience in e-commerce
  • FMCG international experience, Blue chip companies
  • Challenging spirit, customer focus, drive for results and innovative mindset
  • Takes initiative and proactively identifies new opportunities; looks for value-creation
  • Excellent communication and team-working skills: enjoys cooperation; networks and cooperates at all levels of organization and across functions and countries (Sales Directors, Marketing Directors, Innovation Manager, Group NKAM, Trade Marketing Managers); demonstrates excellent consulting skills
  • Excellent English and German skills (negotiation level); any further languages of advantage
